Once I've identified the parameters of your project, I'll send you a proposal and quote for your project. A non-refundable deposit, calculated as 30% of the total value of the project, is payable for the project to commence.
Upon completion of the designs, you will receive a document to sign off and approve all the designed resources.
Your final artwork, or website, shall only be made available to you, or any third-party, upon receiving full payment of the project fee.
Most definitely! I shall be happy to have an online or in-person meeting, or even just an email exchange to discuss your project.
Meetings will be charged at my hourly rate – however, should you appoint JP Designs to undertake your project, this charge will be waived.
I understand that, while I am making design magic happen, you still need to tend to your business.
This is why I embrace quick and reliable means of communication. I welcome engaging on email, Zoom, Skype, Google Meeting, Whatsapp or even simply through an ‘old-fashioned’ phone call.
I have always believed that the faintest ink is stronger than the strongest memory.
Therefore, our legal partners will draw up a contractual agreement with the details of your project.
This means that both parties commit to the project – I commit to making your project a reality; while you commit to the project fee and terms.
My requirements from you, will depend on the project that we undertake.
I do not have a stock standard list of requirements, as I do not offer ‘copy & paste’ design services. Every project is unique, and I approach it accordingly.

There is no set timeframe, as I base the estimated timeline on the specifications and requirements of your project.
During the design process, I may require input, feedback or guidance from you, which may result in shorter or longer turnaround times.

Though unforeseen circumstances might require assistance outside of these times, my office hours are 08:00 to 17:00 – Monday to Friday.
I take great pride in the hands-on approach of JP Designs – completing your project to the high standards and specifications you deserve.
Because of this personal approach, I do not have flashy offices to keep operational, nor do I have a huge team to remunerate. This gives me the opportunity to undertake projects well-below the industry related fees.
